

And we say this even with the knowledge we have of the first game as we head into the second. We think Nioh 2 is – ever so slightly – harder than the original, too.
NIOH 2 VS SEKIRO SERIES
Team Ninja has put the same number of levels into Nioh 2, with the main story beats taking place over a series of 'regions', but with more sub-objectives to complete, and slightly longer individual levels this time around. Whilst the original Nioh title took the better part of 70 hours or so to complete (all missions and side missions), Nioh 2 expands on that massively.

One of the criticisms levelled at the first game was its brevity – some players were frustrated by how long the game lasted, especially when you compare it to genre rivals like Dark Souls (know for their relatively open world, and replayability).
